I don't think I have watched more sloppy football than this weekend.

& yes, I think I am getting old...they don't have the technique in tackling, hand offs, nor knowledge of simple carrying out a task or execution.

watch 3 or 4 sloppy games each of the last 2 weeks!

Vikes look good. AP is back baby. I've always liked him. and that suspension last year was crap.

I'm not saying the Vikes are great. They looked miserable against SF. They looked competent against the Lions though. I agree - AP pretty much got screwed so I hope he has a banner year. I don't wish I'll on the Bears either - just want the Vikings to have a good year - it's been awhile. Skol.

Cowboys at the Saints was an interesting game tonight. Brees beat 'em with a bad arm and and an iffy defense. Saints tried every way they could think of to lose the game and just couldn't pull it off. I'm not sure the Cowboys will be any better when Romo returns.

Seahawks were damn lucky win this game tonight. As successful as the Hawks have been the last few years, the offensive line has been average at best. This year the O line is terrible so Russel Wilson is trying to win these games all by himself. He's been getting sacked and taking hard hits on a pretty regular basis. I cringe every time Wilson takes a shot because it feels like it's just a matter of time until he gets hurt, and if he does, the Hawks are screwed. It's going to be a very long year for the Hawks if they don't get the offense squared away, and soon. JMHFO.

The ref's gave that game to the Hawks with that BS call at the end. Lions should've had the ball on the 6 inch line.....just another game that refs gave to the Hawks.
