Just wondering if anyone has dealt with this problem. My bulbs are new and the wiring looks good. I was told there is a switch on the steering column? It is an 904 automatic transmission btw. Take care and thanks advance.

Need to know what car, what trans, and if automatic, where is the shifter

He has a 68' Coronet with a 318/904 and a bench I believe??? Magnum, check your back up light switch located near the end of your steering column.

I just wanted to say Thank you and sorry for not posting sooner here. I will have to see if I get them working.

Im wondering if this is the same for my 1965 Plymouth Belvedere .it also has the automatic and no backup lights .No juice running to the bulbs
Thanks for any help
Paul

Check your ground, I had that problem at one point ;)

When my back up lights didn't work, it was because the neutral safety switch plug/connector was fried. It has 3 wires with a plug that connects to the neutral safety switch and there was no contact between the 2. (BTW I have a 383 with a 727 torqueflite on my 69 Charger...not sure if that is similar enough to the 904.) Anyways, Dodge had a technical service bulletin about this back in the day. Hope this helps.

Hi everyone ,i found out what is wrong with my backup lights, the lever on the colum that activates the switch is missing ,anyone know were to purchase one or how do you replace it,hope it is an easy fix.
Thanks
Paul
