i've seen $100 asking prices for the 34p (j11y) with the points and condensor tune-up kits on ebay. are they worth that? no, but they haven't been made for decades and are the perfect non-resistor big block iron headed spark plug. i do have a stash of them.

I have some too but are there no other plugs that work well in our old stuff? I've ran other brands (other than Autolite) with good results....

seems silly to me to spend stupid money on NOS spark plugs. the first time you put a socket on them and fire the engine they are officially used.

And I can't recall ever seeing a show judge pull a spark plug wire to see if it had Champ plugs in the engine. At least none of the ones that I worked with did and I certainly didn't.
