Complete louvered section alone will cost you anywhere $750-$1500 depending on both pieces and straightness from what I can see looks good

Reproduction bell nuts all 12 - $250

Rust free one year hood , with hood pin holes in proper factory location , looks good

I would definitely say it’s fair

I would bee looking and bringing cash if it was closer

The hood is correct for a 71 Charger R/T or a Superbee,but the louvered center insert is correct for a Charger R/T. The correct insert for a Superbee is made from pressed composite material. The price is in line with the current market prices for these hoods.
