Stellantis could GIVE the new group the rights to build Dodge and Chrysler cars, and an assembly plant, and it would still be a next to impossible feat to sustainably produce vehicles. It would take an incredible investment of time, talent and money to build cars within the confines of government regulations, not withstanding a fickle buying public.
Looking back in history, there were other dreamers who thought they could pull this off, and failed miserably; DeLorean, Bricklin, Tucker, Kaiser, to name a few. As much as we love our old and newer Chrysler products, I think we have to realize the end is near.
