The PO on my 71 GTX clone replaced the gauge type oil pressure sender with an oil line type aftermarket gauge. I want to go back to using the original type sender, but it seems like the sending unit has too big a diameter to screw into the existing sending unit hole. It hits the rear edge of the block and won't line up. Picked up the sending unit at Advance Auto, but it showed it correct for big block Mopar and the unit looks like both of mine on my 66 and 67 Chargers (361/383). Anyone else run into this problem?
