Spinning away with the mopar tool and no oil is showing itself on either side. I can feel the pressure, I'm turning the drill clockwise and will stop every 30 sec or so and turn the crank by hand a bit and still nothing. The only place that there is oil is on the end of the mopar tool...I know I have to be missing something here. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

The top end oiling is timed by the cam. Keep spinning the oil pump with the valve cover off and slowly rotate the engine at the same time. If all is correct, you should see the oil on the rockers. If you want to see if you have oil pumping in the block, take out the oil sending unit and see if oil comes out when priming it. Would be better if you could attach a gauge to the oil sender hole. I keep a cheap gauge around for this.

You also have to have the rocker shafts installed the correct way. There's a slot on the end of each one. Passenger's side goes in with the slot DOWN and to the rear, driver's side goes UP and to the FRONT. Otherwise oil will not get to the top properly.

thats something. i was just doing the same thing with my 440. spin prime spin prime, and i didnt get any pressure. i opened up the pressure switch/gauge hole and ran the drill like mad. turns out i wasnt running the drill long enough. now i have 60 lbs just with my drill.

IT WORKED!!! BY GOD IT WORKED I SAY!!! MANY THANKS!! Had my pops spin the drill while I spun the crank. And voila! oil reared it's head-foamy but i think that was because we were going full tilt with the drill lol (oh and no there is no water anywhere near the car let alone in it but pls let me know if thats bad-frothing is prob the better term I think the car has rabies.....
Thanks for the quick and accurate responses:)
