I have mine on concrete! Not sure I would trust them on asphault!

Mine are on 5" thick concrete as well. Asphalt would be a bit sketchy.

LOL, well it happened in AZ ! That said, parking lot skims of pavement are lucky to be 2 inches thick, usually 1.5.
