I decided to rip all the wiring out of my car and replace it with a Ron Francis express kit... my question is, it’s been a royal pita getting to my mini starter studs due to me having LTHs. I have one battery wire and an ignition relay wire still connected. I would like to run the battery cable to the positive side as normal. My issue is the other components that should run to the starter solenoid.... fuse box, alternator etc. As of now I ran an extra cable from the battery that will supply a terminal block for the fuse block, alternator and anything else that requires 12v. Should I try harder to source 12v from the starter solenoid or will this setup be fine.

On the starter, only have a single connection to the battery stud and starter solenoid. Use a battery cable with the lugs on each end, then sleeve the cables in a heat protected sleeving. Connect the starter cable to a battery power junction stud. Most people use the stud on the neutral safety relay as a post to connect the starter cable and battery cable together. This is also where a factory fuse link would connect that sends power to the interior.

For bulkhead pass through, like trunk mount battery. These happen to fit the width of the clutch hole in the firewall too:

Factory type starter / neutral safety relay:

The black cable goes directly to the battery and the other 2 wires are alternator and the fuse block

Fusible link to the fuse block might be a good idea
