"parking" a wiper motor

I am installing the wiper transmission are and then the 3 speed wiper. Since I do not have the whole wiring harness installed, how does one go about making sure the wiper motor is in the "parked" position. The wiring diagram that I have shows each wire, but not which wire is the positive and the off position. Any Ideas?

Google "mopar 3-speed wiper motor" and you'll quickly find how to "test" the motor. One of those tests is setting the motor in the park position.
