I am trying to put back together my 71 charger that my father took apart when he was still alive. I was deployed when he started this and was unable to finish. I'm don't remember what it looked like before it was taken apart and am having trouble putting it back to gather. I have the main fuel line ran and hooked up from the tank all the way to the carb, the emissions line is in place for the evap. The return line is ran but not hook up in the front? The car is runnin a stock 440 with the stock carb (carter 4968) it is a CA emissions car. I know a lot of people just plug the line but I would like for it look ordinal. Any help would be useful.

Just did my fuel lines this week on my 71 RR.
Not sure if it is the same but here is what I found
On my Car all 3 lines run down the Passengers side
At the engine bay
The Fuel Line connects to the Fuel Pulp (Duh)
The output of the the Fuel Pump connects to Fuel Line Gas separator
The separator will have 2 outputs one that goes to the carb and the other connects to the return line
The emissions line connects to a 3 port breather

At the tank
Fuel line and return connect to the tank
The emissions line crosses over to the drivers side wheel well and connects to the vapor separator along with the 4 lines from the tank
Hope this helps

fuel line separator:BangHead: that's what I was missing I just had a inline filter. Thanks that helps a lot.
