66 Belvedere 383 original motor only changes were plugs and oil never been out of the car 15.44 89 mile per hour slow slow .
OUTSTANDING!Cubic inch is 499”. The limit is 560” but have you seen my intake?
Car weighs 3550 with me in it currently tho I look to drop it by 100 lbs this off season.
My intake has had a lot of work done to it my exhaust just port matched and flapper valve removed.
Heads are mildly ported with 2.14-1.81 valves.
I run a custom solid roller cam, not huge in any way.
Currently running a PTC converter that comes in at about 3000 rpm.
Rockers are Harland Sharp 1.6s.
Shocks are QA1 double adjustable both front and rear painted black. Well the fronts are. I’ll get to the rears.
Front uses /6 bars. Rears are still the factory springs installed in 1968.
Tires are off the shelf g70-14 Firestone redlines.
Chrome Molly driveshaft with 742 case 3.91 sure grip.
Made 570/590 on the dyno at the flywheel.

As long as it appears stock, ported intake & exhaust manifolds, aluminum drive shaft painted black, and dozens of "tricks".
nowhere near as much as I figured it was
weight or motor
I would have thought 'sticky' compound tires too
nice combo
I figured there is some slight of hand, tricks going on
Impressive
I freaking love this car.We don't exactly fit the FAST rules but locally run some Nostalgia races and true street stuff that requires stock steel bodies, no fuel cells, oe glass, stock style suspension. Lots of butthurt to go around, let me tell you! For some reason Pontiac guys are the worst! Runs 11.1 n/a and 10.0's with a little spray and drive it all over.
