My pal has been busy. All the body work has been completed, engine compartment, under hood, door jambs and trunk area all painted. Exterior needs to be blocked and final sanded, then on goes the color.

Found this picture of my 'fleet' of rides, from 1974 I think. I bought the Road Runner from my then girlfriend's brother, who got it as a graduation gift in '69. I bought it in 1972. Was my daily driver (when it ran) for almost 10 years.

Sweet. Love the slots. They have become my favorite. Nothing to do with them being on my RR. Lol

You don't want some "DUBS" on your g-ride? Lol!

Nice! I am doing my 68 yellow RR now. the color had to grow on me LOL! your car looks fantastic.do I see a deep oil pan, headers, and slots in your future. as this how the motor trend, or car life car was tested back in the day! it was Y-2 also.

I'm going back to a stock pan and the mildly upgraded 383, Isky can, Edelbrock intake Hooker with headers, seen here being test fitted before sending the car to paint. The wheels will be upgraded to 15s, most likely slotted mags, no crazy tires.
