Well, it was time to get rid of that K car, and my wife needed a driver, as i start work at Boeing in a month.

She is a proud new owner of a almost bone stock 70 Duster. Slant 6 and it has different wheels and lowered a bit but he has the original wheels. He has every single record of its history too. It was bought at S. L. Savage here in Seattle.

Mine is a 73 Space Duster. A little bit molested. It has a 318 from a 82 Dodge truck and a over drive trans, 8 3/4 sure grip. It needs a interior and a little bit of work. Both are drivers, but hers is nice enough to enter a show as a stock A Body.

More pics later, we pick them both up today.

anyone want a K car?

Very cool. That leaning tower of power will never stop!

nice ! i was thinking about a small block, early 70's A body for my daily driver ....

I have all ways liked the Dusters & Demons body lines. I had 1 of each in the past both small block cars the Demon was a 340 4sd, Duster a 318 w/904 automatic, they were fun cars. I ended up giving the Duster to my step father for a commuter car when he was working away from home at a couple of power plants as a Steamfitter, he loved that little Duster.

Yep, x 1 "liked the Dusters & Demons" Sounds like you found a couple good ones. Looks great. 73 is my favorite one.. 72 Demon..
