Quick Jack owners?

Anyone use one. Looks like the solution for oil changes etc on the modern low slung Mopars.

I've seen those before ....they just look so flimsy....the rams look small for the angle they are held in ( +/- 30 deg).... That's a lot of shear load on the tabs they are bolted to....chinesium????
I just don't know if I could every feel comfortable under one, especially if I'm pulling/ pushing wrenches ( shaking the car)...

Resurrecting an old thread. Seeing these Quick Jacks now on various YouTube and other videos. Faye from All Girls Garage just bought one, and Watch JRGO is now using one on his YouTube channel. I priced the 5000 series at $1694 includes tax and shipping. Probably chinesium, and at $1700 about half the price of a four post lift. Anyone else have any advice, or opinions to add about Quick Jack?

My garage is barely a two car L x W with 9' ceiling.
Well, I don't know about it being "quick" but yes it is a jack. I did the 5000 with 110V for portability. Some assembly is required.
IMO, it's sturdy on concrete, lifts the car high enough for trans R and R, and leans against a wall for storage.
My Barracuda (108 WB) uses it's full length. A B-body will likely need the extended length even if your frame is tied. They are pretty stingy on the rubber block size. Mine came with a relay cap broke off and a couple of bolt holes for the pump motor located wrong.
I bought it through Summit with a 10% coupon.

I bought mine from Costco. That’s what paid. I then bought the extensions for $200 through Home Depot on sale. It was of course special order, they don’t sell them in stores. It was back ordered 3 weeks after I ordered it.

i just got their 7000# version last week, haven't had a chance to use it yet but I am looking forward to it. I have a 2 post lift but I always have something on it that I cannot easily removed so it will come in very handy for oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.

Have a buddy that loves his 7000. Uses it on his pickups and everything down the line right to his side by side ATV.

BTW.. did you buy the adapters for truck frames etc to put them to full use? I know he has some adapter set,,

I did not, I thought about it but decided not to mainly bc they are like $300 and I am pretty sure I can make them myself.

It's an old thread but thought I would add to it. I bought the 7000# QuickJack from Costco 7 months ago for my 71 Superbee. This thing is probably the best money I've spent. Raises the car effortlessly so the brakes are at eye level when seated on a shop seat. Plenty of room underneath for me laying on my crawler with plenty of room to work. Couldn't accomplish the work I've done without it. Locks into place when raised, no way it can collapse. Lifts my Ford 150 with no problem.

No, don't work for them in any way, just love the lift.

Where do you position it? I tried putting it under my GTX and all it wants to do is nose over.

I put the blocks under the front and rear jack points. Never had an issue with balance. Probably have to move it forward if your nose is dropping.

I can put the blocks under the front point (right behind the tire) but it doesn't reach all the way back to the rear subframe.

Great info

Black Friday November is only a few months away when I posted the last links/sale
Man a year already
