I was @ the MOPAR weekend thing @ Greatlakes Dragaway today. If you have ever dragged in SE Wis in the last 50+ years you know him or know of him. Without him the track wouldnt exsist.He passed on friday (27th).

I just heard about Bob's passing yesterday when I was down at my buddy's place just down the road from the track. He was quite a character. We were talking about how great it is that this historic track is still in operation with a lot of the old tracks around the country disappearing due to develpment and noise complaints.
