Ram TRX

Side note,
Really sad to see my local track (75&80) all cracked up with bushes growing thru the bleachers...
Now all it's used for is MotorWeek's test track because it's in legal hell for noise complaints and land that is too polluted to be built on...

Good Lord, is that dude still at it? I can remember him from the early 90's when I lived in N VA!
I've read a lot about the TRex - one of the things I find useful is that although it comes with 35"
tires, they've got it set up to accept 37's with no modifications or clearance issues on the same rims.
It's a beastie for sure - some other person with a lot of loot is going to love it.

John Davis has been at it since the early 80's...

I know that their popularity is strong but I cannot get wiggly about a 4 door truck. I grew up with Dad driving regular cab trucks and it stuck with me.

I love the 72-79 Dodge trucks!

I love to inherit a TRX :bananadance:
I've been 'In Love' with them since 2015
from the LA Autoshow
I couldn't find my photo so here's another

I can't afford to buy one :fool:

nobody in my family would buy it 'but me' either
so I'm **** out of luck :blah:

or I'd take the Ram Ridge Runner pre-runner concept form 2014

or the 2016 Ramcharger concept I wish they'd build

Right now the closest to the Ramcharger is going to be the new Wagoneer / Grand Wagoneer, built on the Ram 1500 chassis...not exactly the same thing, but about the only full-size SUV that Mopar is going to make anytime soon. Apparently.

Yeah, I remember that show being on the PBS station in the DC area back then. Probably still is?
I used to do a pretty good impersonation of him, a big hit on Friday nights with my local car gang buds.
The reviews always struck me as being done by someone who wasn't really a car guy...but wanted to be. :)

I can agree, as long as it's a full-sized one. I can get along with smaller ones, but
they need to be at least extended cab, since they're sized for tiny females. :)
I've had "Bert" since new in 2004. Love the dang thing 17 years later.
