I have owned more than 100 second gen Chargers and out of all of them,only one ever came from the factory with dog dish hubcaps!. It was the most stripped down 70 XH Charger I had ever seen. No clock,just a design,no map light,just a block off plate where the map light went. Non remote outside mirror. A total zero option Charger. Bench seat,no upper door pads,no radio,318 3 speed manual on the column. Almost every car that has them on it now a days, never came with them when the car was built.

You just described my 70 but it came with a radio and full caps.
