What are 68-69 Charger Dash and VINs going for?

Nope it's a legit question. I just picked up a weird car. A general lee built on a Panther (ford) chasis, like the "jump cars". So it's titled as a Ford, but with some coronet parts...And I live in a smog state and this thing is far from being smog compliant.

So, let me get this straight. You have a titled Ford, that you want to change to a Dodge, which is NOT the Dodge that is now sitting on that Ford.
