rear end

9.25 is a c clip axle. Have fun watching your slick pass you at the track,

I swapped my axle without to much problems, the only advice i have is measure everything before beginning to remove parts so you are sure it will fit , check the replacement rear (Bearings, everything is straight and brakes) and if you have lots of time ,fit test it before you make it all pretty.

Block the car up at the frames right in front of the springs letting the axle hang. Disconnect all the lines, cables and the shaft. Remove the U-bolts. Then pull a floor jack in from the side. Parallel to the axle. Left the axle and pull the jack. The drums will go between the springs and the frames. Pull axle out the side and swing opposite drum toward the back. Push the jack swinging the axle out the back. I'm not good at typing so did you get that?
