I need a set for my 64 Fury, the ones I have are all cracked and need replaced.

There were two styles. The early ones were a lot fancier than the more common ones. The early style are next to impossible to find. The pic below shows an early one but it's missing the silver paint they usually have.

Not directly. The "buckets" that they attach to in the sail panels are different. It wouldn't be hard to swap in the correct buckets, though. Or you might be able to just adapt them with some drilling or simple fab work. If you switch to the newer style, the correct buckets shouldn't be too hard to find used. They are said to cover different years.

Shown is a set of the later buckets.....

I had the fancy ones in my 64 Belvedere when I bought it.
I could not find lenses any where.
So I swapped in the newer, plain style ones.
I did keep the original buckets though.

They are very fragile and most of the ones I've seen are broken.
Sorry, but Van's is wrong about them being interchangeable. At least not without modification to the buckets. The difference is the "newer" style mounts with screws. The "older" style (like yours) mount with plastic tabs on the back of the lens snapping into holes in the buckets.
By the way, the one in my picture was for sale by a guy I was corresponding with a couple of years ago. He might still have it if you want me to check. It was just one, not a set of two, though

Yes it is I, I still have it, one. Seems a post I made earlier today disappeared.

I bought a set of later buckets for $15.50 with the pigtails and ordered a new set of lenses and bezels.......one more thing crossed of the list.......now where is that Hemi????

Hi Ralph! I had forgotten that I never did get back to you when this thread came up and I looked through my old emails. Sorry about that.

Those earlier style lenses are an interesting thing. I think they only appeared for a short time on the early '64s. Maybe they found that they were too fragile - especially the little nubs that hold them in place - and decided to change them. Too bad, because I think they're a lot cooler looking than the more plain later style.

I agree, fully. It is possible that the original version didn't illuminate that well too. But the main reason for change was to unify across the C body models.

A day late it appears. I agree with Ralphie that they probably didn't illuminate well with all that silver paint.

I earned that nickname for a reason. Those were just the ones I could easily find as I am sure there are more. Hence the problem I have now with way to much stuff. Seriously considered joining when they were having the discussion about using dryer ducting for connecting the blower motor to the heater box and I looked down and was like are these really that hard to find?

East of Takoma has become the Bermuda Triangle of mopar parts stretching down to Tummyache Water.

After a continued discussion with a member I thought I would post a picture of the back side. We were wondering why there is a difference between the 2 as some have a clear plastic ring and some don't. Anybody have a guess why? Missing, different vendor or Chrysler Dodge Plymouth?

Not sure, maybe a secondary supplier due to the breakage issues?
