Rear windscreen seal?

Good call I forgot about that one. I believe they are called Mylar felt door window weathrstrip. You can get them from dixie restorations for $55 a piece. Expensive little bastards and you have to cut them to fit as well as make the holes for the little plastic H clips. Nothing that a pair of scissors and a leather punch won't make short work of. If you do go to Dixie to get these give them the list of other rubbers you're still needing they carry all of that stuff.

I checked my email and I don't have any current coupons for Classic Industries, the last one expires a few weeks ago but they release coupons all the time so if you can wait a few weeks there will probably be another one soon.

Didn't know about Dixie Restorations! I just checked their website and they have everything along with a car picture detailing where some pieces are located. Nice.

Thanks guys!

I actually spent the day stripping the car down ready for paint, so I feel like I have a bit mroe of an understanding of what's what. A bit!

That u shaped window guide, what edge of the glass does that sit on?

Also I think I'm missing the bit of rubber with chrome trim that sits on the trailing edge of the door window, which seals the door window to the quarter window. Does that make sense? It goes up and down with the window.

Do I have that, or anyone know where I can get it? OR if its at one of the vendors I'm already ordering from?

Thanks again guys your help has been invaluable!

I don't see that one on your list either but it is called the quarter glass seal and can also be had at dixierestorations. If you go to their website you'll see a picture of a b body with all the seals and links to each. I've attached the link to make it easy http://www.dixierestorationparts.com/products.cfm?ci=407E80A7-F380-D6A6-B32B51090931889B

The "U" shaped guide with the "H" clips attaches on the forward side of the glass. You'll notice on your door glass that there are two holes, that is where each clip goes. The felt weatherstrip runs up and down the vent window channel as the door window is rolled up and down.

Yep, that's the other missing one. Steele Rubber doesn't carry it, so I ordered mine through Classic Industries, Part # MD1611, it's called 67-70 A/B body Qtr Vert Seal for $15.99

Cheers guys I'll start ordering over the next few days. I'll report back in when it all works out... hopefully!

I kno wits easy to get motivated to trash a seller, so you don't often hear good things, but I wanted to jump on here and just say that I'm really happy with Classic Ind. and DMT.

Classic Ind order has arrived already! Confirmed the order on friday morning (aus time) after they called me to confirm the postage cost, arrived the following Monday! I was floored with how quick it was and that they called rather then just wait for a return email. Postage was pricy, but the box was pretty big, so fair enough.

DMT, really helpful by email, got back to me pretty quick and even gave me a bit of a discount because he thought the postage was a bit high! Still waiting on the products to arrive, but 1-2 weeks is normal for USA to Australia. So no stress there.

Can't recommend them enough. If you thinking of ordering from them do, I highly doubt you'll regret it!
