I know for a fact, she just smiled. Moms know everything!!I would love for my mom to see how far I’ve come. She left this world way to soon.

My mother in law smoked/burned 4 packs a day. My father in law tried to quit but what for since she kept the place smoked filled. I about died every time I went there and sure couldn't do it today....but don't think they did the coupon books because it was too easy to order stuff off the TV with a credit card. She had no patience to wait until the book was full lolAs kids my neighbors were smokers BIG TIME. House was always in a cloud of smoke.
Anyway they bought everything with Raleigh coupons that came in the packs.Lots of stuff.
Man I envy you. To this day I still have a thing for mini bikes. I look all the time but need it to be street legal.Just bought a Honda Metro for the wife and I got a Honda Ruckus. We replaced our 50cc Yamaha Zuma's.I have 3 JC Penny minibikes
I guess the sign is a collectible these days.....?S & H Green Stamps was founded 1896 by Thomas Sperry and Shelley Byron Hutchinson and went on until the late 1980s. My mom collected them till they stopped handing them out!! They were a big deal for her, God love her!! ............................ Thanks for sharing, great memories!!

I have a couple street legal minibikes, they are really hard to find with street titles
Is that a low pipe bike? I have raced a few of those in vintage races. I dont own a 380 but I do own a 250I have a CZ 380 motocross bike that has a title. Years ago I thought about licensing it for the street. Road tires, rear shocks, and battery lights designed for bicycles. It has an expansion chamber with a very small resonator. Since it is a big bore, the exhaust is not that nasty. I didn't because we had noise laws, but not today. I think it would make a fun street bike. 43 hp and 105 kilos.
Sounds like you two were tight and you really miss her....LOLMy mother in law smoked/burned 4 packs a day. My father in law tried to quit but what for since she kept the place smoked filled. Oh she is the one that had a problem.....because I wouldn't let her smoke in my home. I used to smoke a cigar once in awhile but never in the house. Didn't want my kids breathing my smoke or anyone's inside the house they have to live in. Both my parents smoked and remember all too well what that was like....Sounds like you two were tight and you really miss her....LOL
Yeah, my buds/my sister all did the Marlboro Miles stuff,As kids my neighbors were smokers BIG TIME. House was always in a cloud of smoke.

One of my first memories is crawling through the legs of a chair just like this.My grand mother used them for Christmas gift’s. This is my rocking chair she gave me when I was 2 years old. 59 years ago. It has held up through me and my three daughters and five grandchildren. It’s held up pretty dang good I would say. That is very cool. Most people can’t believe I still have it but I was the stingiest kid in the family so I did not share until my kids came along. LolOne of my first memories is crawling through the legs of a chair just like this.
