Hello!
I am ready to install a vintage Edelbrock Torker on my 383 '65 Dodge.

The Torker has no provision for installing a coil onto the intake manifold.
My distributor has a Pertronics Electronic ignition installed in the distributor, and I want to install the coil and wiring on the passenger side inner fender well.
I want to do a clean looking installation and was wondering if you folks would share pictures of your remote coil installations.
Thanks as always for your help!
Steve

Hi Steve,
Don't know if it's of any help, but here's the install on the 383 on my '68 Satellite - Coil is the yelloe Edelbrock unit lower left.
All the Best,
Limey

Six pack coil bracket mounts to intake bolts, doesn't it as an option.

Here's one option. I didn't have a good spot on this manifold and I saw where someone else did it. I believe it's a GM clamp, just one tab for the bolt. Drilled and tapped a hole in the dizzys hold down clamp.

I mounted mine up under the windshield washer reservoir on the inner fender. Lines right up with the dizzy,
extended the wires over to it no fuss. I wanted to keep it off the engine and the heat soak that brings.
Cleans things up under the hood a bit, too.

Yes, that was/is a very popular spot on BB Mopar. Off the engine heat & near the dizzy.
