Repair overflow bottle

I can weld it up for you. It is either polyproylene or polyethylene.
I weld up any of the two and a couple others (PVC and Plexiglass).

I've been a plastics welder now for about 44 years. Now its mostly
a hobby.

Anyways, yes it can be welded. The age of the plastic determines the quality of the repair(s) because of how brittle the plastic may have become. Because yours was stored well it may weld up very well.

If your interested and have not already tried the epxoy on it shoot me a PM.

Thanks,

Mike

Now you mention... Maybe the PVC welder works!!!

PVC glue and or the plastic welding rod qill only work on PVC.

The glue will not stick to Poly Pro or Polyethylene. Niether will the PVC welding rod. It will pull right off of either of the two Poly's. It will not bind with it. You have to use the correct material for a proper repair.
