Replacing a head bolt

I’m nearly done with my 440 build. Still in the garage on the engine stand. I bought stock spark plug wire brackets and one of them goes under a head bolt at the block. Can I remove one bolt without re-torqueing the entire head or replacing the gasket or is that a no-no?
 
Yes, just torque the one bolt when you put it back and you’ll will be fine

Yes, for sure. just be sure to tighten in the normal steps. IMO leave several minutes between steps.
