Some of the wires going to the Molex have been cut and joined with some kind of cylindrical crimped connectors. I don't know what these are called. I don't know if they are decent connectors, or if I should replace them with something else? It's obvious I'm no electrician.. Now I have to become one because of this car.
The red wire from the Molex was completely bypassed by someone in the past, using one of these cylindrical crimped connectors. As a result, that red wire could not be detached from the column, when I was dropping the column for the steering box swap. So, I think I'll need to cut that one and replace it with an Anderson Power Pole connector (i think that is what it's called, whatever 72RoadrunnerGTX put on his car).
