right carb for this set up?

Thank you to everyone chiming in, however it's like reading chinese..i am not mech. inclined, just trying to piece together as much info i can, as I am going to have someone working on the car for me.
There's nothing i can do but try the carb for now, wanted a carb w/ a choke anyway.
But from what I am understanding, I should change the cam, stall, then rear gears...

The new carb and intake seem to be working out well...good power, a world of difference from previous setup. putting street tires on her in the morning..looking forward to stretching her legs tomorrow...
