School me on a 65 Satallite

I'm not overly concerned if it's a factory 426 car. I'm more concerned of what to look at body wise and what to look at on the car in general.

Ya I see what you mean but I think everyone is just pointing out that if it was it could change the value quite a bit

As far as the 62-65 B body cars, rust, as said...driver's side cowl, including the lower plate. Rear quarters, low at the wheel openings, lower window seams, both front and rear, besides all the floors, including the trunk. Did I leave anything out?

I looked at the car today. When I got there it was up in the air. It appears to be a fairly solid car. A few spots that weren't done to the best ability, but it was solid. Same went for the Chevelle, they were both solid $23-25k cars. So priced fair considering it's a dealer.
But while I was there I looked at a 71 GMC they had at a detail shop and the guy doing the detailing had a 72 Duster with a very healthy 360 in it. He's askin $18k and it doesn't need much work. So it's a very good contender right now.

That's good you went to see it. Now you know what was there. Better then thinking for the next 20 years "Damn I should have looked at the '65"
I thought that '65 had more motor last year but I could be wrong.

They had a 65 belvedere and a 65 coronet. The Coronet had a built 440. Both sold a while ago. If you look on their YouTube channel you'll see them. The 454 Chevelle has some grunt behind it.
