Graveyard Carz is on 10 EST tonight on Velocity. Check your local listings for times.

Its a reality show that focuses on a garage that does nothing but all Mopar concourse restorations. These guys used to have a show on the Internet but it got picked up by Discovery and tonight is its first scheduled air time.

If you get the Velocity channel and you love Mopars....then wtf else can you ask for?

Damn you Dish Network...I don't get Velocity :( unless I want to pay for the extreme super duper channel package that is twice what I pay now.

Thanks for the reminder, Should be good, I'm setting the recording it as I type, watching the U.S. Open Golf on ESPN at the moment, Graveyard Carz has been delayed for quite a while now, glad to see it's finally coming on...

Thumbs down!

Watched it last night. It's really cool that this is all about original Mopar restoration... not another one of those overhaulin' aftermarket shows.

Unfortunately to me it looks like another car show where drama takes place over the actual restoration & work put into the cars. In last night's opening episode it was all about the owner's hard-to-stomach personality & weird sense of humor, his granddaughter, and the remaining 10 minutes filled with mopars ...which was basically all about a guy losing a minor part and installing some heater hoses. Oh yeah, and the owner calling around to people looking for a panther pink car, and sorta being a dick about it.

Do you guys watch American Restoration? That show used to be pretty good because they would show the steps of how the items are restored start to finish. Now it's about anything to do with the 'stars' of the show with a little bit about before and after of the restored pieces. I stopped watching that one.

For those of you that don't get the channel, don't feel bad. I do hope it gets better, because I was really looking forward to this one!

I agree, too much drama. That kid that's gonna be Mark's Son-In-Law needs an attitude adjustment. We finally get a MOPAR show on TV and they have to turn it into a soap opera. I don't restore MOPARs, but I have a couple of those pivot pins sitting in front of me.

id like to round up the producers of all these kind of shows,....and kick them all in the well deserved balls!

what kills me is ...the timelines....RESTORE A CAR IN A WEEK?.... cmonnnnnnn ...and theyre ALWAYS under the gun..... " oh ...we only have 4 hours to finish this car and the engine aint in,,,,and the rear end aint in,,,,and the wheels arent here yet..... and it STILL NEEDS PAINTED..... but we'll get it done "...

west coast customs is PERFECT for that NONSENCE !

That's the truth! And who wants one of those cars that was slapped together at all costs to make some deadline?

So true, but check this out- I was so appalled by this show, I emailed the producer to give my feedback. I was really surprised at the nice response and also it was sent directly from Mark (the main dick), especially after I was so vocal about how lame he specifically is. I was sort of impressed and held out hope that it could be good later in the season.

HI Jeff,

Thank you for your input, honestly, I appreciate that you relayed your feelings in a nice manner. Please give it the 6 episodes it's running on Velocity then get back with me with input. I made the show myself, no outside help. I've never had help from anyone in the industry, I'm a restoration guy who had a dream. I focused the first three episodes on character development and the last three are much more in tune with how the show will be...only better I promise.

Have a great day!

With all due respect: Thumbs down!

I was literally agitated while watching the show, mostly bu the owner's personality and ongoing, horrible dry comedy routine.

Check out Muscle Car on Spike, or even the way Overhaulin' is done. Both are fun to watch and interesting to real car guys. Graveyard Cars is for god knows who.

I do hope it gets better, because I was really looking forward to this one!

But for the moment, barf!
