So my wife and I both recieve offers in the mail from the same dealership for automotive service.

She has the 300C with the HEMI and gets a offer for Oil & Filter Change, tire rotation and multi point inspection for $19.95

I have the Challenger V6 and get a offer for Oil & Filter Change, and multi point inspection for $24.75
I get to pay more for my oil change and I don't even get a tire rotation. WTF

Honesly I don't care since I will never let this dealership ever touch another one of my cars but I find it funny how they would send out two different service offers to the same residence. Just clueless.

The dealership knows both of you and you really don't know? Come on Steve... Women always get a better outcome with things, id say its a compliment.. mine gets a rose from some simpleton at a small local store here once in awhile, and she told him she was married, the very next time she got two roses!

I don't know why anyone would take any car to a dealer to be serviced for anything other than a warranty or recall repair. They are huge ripoffs. Most independent shops are much cheaper and in a lot of cases have better techs. If you want to know which shops are the good ones, go to the local parts store and ask the wholesale counterman. They know.

The lower price is to get her pin the door so they can find things wrong that arent

Duh. I'd rather see her at my counter, than you, any day.

This remindes me of when my wife goes for an oil change (I'm too lazy to do daily drivers). Anyway They always try to sell her a ton of crap. She's learned just to pay attention to what they say and I handle any other issues.

They like her, better than you...LOL...

It's not the owner but the car that determines those specials. The dealership gets rebated different amounts of money by Chrysler for service specials. There goal is to get more of the bigger-ticket buyers into their shops to get service done, so they get the best specials. Someone who buys a low-end Challenger isn't going to get as good a deal as someone buying a more expensive car.

I have been comparing notes with other Challenger owners and even those with the SRT and RT Challengers have been receiving the same 75th anniversary service ad in the mail.

Its Challenger discrimination.

I guess their data shows owners of 300Cs are more likely to be open to push sales like batteries and tires than the owners of Challengers are. The giveaway is the free tire rotation. That's a great set-up for "you know, while we were rotating your tires, we noticed blah, blah, blah. You really should get a new set, and since we have them on sale... and your car is already on the lift..."
