The look of the coloured high beam lenses is just awesome especially as a contrast to your paint scheme. Where are those available if you don't mind my asking and do you still get a good high beam out of them?

Beautiful fall day in my hometown at the old train depot. There is a Norfolk-Southern Engine coming into the picture of the next to last picture. Had hoped it would have turned out alittle better but with the afternoon shadows and sun it is what it is.....Enjoy !

The reflective stripes really do "pop" when you get the light right...but I still can't get behind the idea of putting the flat black stripes on it.

their hard to come by any more, i know parts store use to sell them. Maybe if you could find a old parts store thats been around since the 70's you might be able to score a pair. i've been sitting on this set for 10 years or better. sometimes you'll see them in a old junk car for sale or something. might be able to buy a set that way.

found this set on ebay, they don't have the normal connectors on the back but should work with the jumper wires.

When i was a kid building model cars, THAT is how i used to build em. Hell, i even jacked a Daytona up on homemade shackles made of paperclips or something. As a kid i would seriously wonder who on earth would build using the stock rims and tires. I really dig it, man.

X2, plus it helped keep the meats from rubbing. The only problem was getting them to launch. Still, that was the look.

Then there was the high boy look. Keep the *** that high then crank the torsion bars up to match so she was level. Cool man, cool.
