My $0.02:
If you want more "originality", go for the six pack. Great for the street, have a lot of respect in the muscle car world, etc.
If you want drivability in all conditions without worries, do the EFI. You will have better overall performance since a computer is constantly adjusting fuel ratio, etc. In my opinion though, just do a single four barrel. I have a FAST 2.0 EFI and it supports up to 1000 HP. That's enough for me. Why worry about the headaches of two throttle bodies? Just makes the engine compartment tighter.
Oh and one more thing. There is no way you will only spend the $2700 on the FAST system. What about high pressure fuel lines, gas tank, regulator, computer controlled distributor, etc.? My suggestion is that if you are going the FI route, go all the way. Get a proper tank made for it with a return line too. And since you have a computer, why not control the timing too? See how it goes!?!?! (smile)
