Should be fine. For an extra measure of safety, you could drop some blue loctite on the studs if you are worried about things dropping out. Me, I would put antisieze on and snug them up with the calibrated arm.
 
Back on the hangers, only one has the raised area on the side, and they've got these little dimples on opposite sides of the center hole. They're not the same part, and it looks like the differences might mean one goes on one side and the other goes on the other side. I can't imagine why that would be, unless the springs are different, but the springs appear to be the same part for each side.
