Hi,
My order for the Comp cams Sportsman lifters have been on backorder since November. New date is February which is too late if I'm going to finish the build in time.
In my mind a bushed bearing lifter is the best choice on the street, but I need to see what my options are.
One option would be to get a set of endure-x lifters and swap them for the Sportsman lifters next winter.
Another option would be to cancel the order and get someting else. If so, what lifters should I go for instead?
The criteria would be a low maintenance, rebuildable lifter with a bushed bearing design - And, they need to be delivered quickly!
The lifters are to be used on the street with a .650 roller 263/[email protected]. Block is a 440 with stock lifter bores.
So does anyone have suggestions?
