I`m liking the first one the German`s have the Brabus

yeah I was watching Brits version of Top Gear, where they were in Qatar or UAE or somewhere over there,
where all the middle east oil Barron's live, away from all the fighting...LOL...

All the cops drove Merc SL/McClaren's, Bugatti's, Ferrari's & Lambo's etc.

My favorite police car was a 1997 Ford Police Interceptor that I got from a sheriff's office in GA. They had EPA approval to remove the cats, replaced the 18 lb injectors with 22 lb, replaced the throttle body with a race unit from Ford, put a K&N air inlet system and a Flowmaster exhaust with turndowns on, and reprogrammed all the settings in the ECU. The car was used for high-speed pursuits on I-75 and it was like a frigging rocket. And I was getting 32 MPG with the cats being gone! Tor Red with a tan interior... I miss that car. Every time I started it, every guy within ear shot would turn to look at what was making all that sound and were surprised to see a Crown Victoria. :)

Some lucky UK police got the Daimler SP 250 as a pursuit car, 2.5Litre Hemi V8

Anorak fact, the Daimler SP250 was to be called the Daimler Dart, but Chrysler complained as they had used the name for the Dodge Dart...

It sounds like an ideal car to go fast with. Why did you get rid of it?

'67 coronet 440 4door was a cop car for NY state... and a taxi in the movie Deliverance... and a car for officers in the military....

I had my 2004 and 1997 Interceptors and Road Runner, my daughter's Cougar, my son's F-150, and my other son's Lancer, and every night I felt like the air boss on an aircraft carrier having to respot the flight deck for the next day's operations. :) I had to go around and find out who was leaving first, next, and last and spot cars on the driveway and street so I didn't have to go waking up kids who got off at 3:00AM to move their cars so I could get mine out. So I opted to sell the 97 to relieve some of the congestion.

I think there are several good looking police cars, the best ive ever seen were behind the car i went by sitting there on the side of the road behind another car with his lights shinning in all its glory. :)
