"Where the Devil Won't Go "by the Drive by Truckers...there's a tv commercial with a black modern challenger that uses the intro music to this song. Southern Rock about moonshine, big *** geetars! Hell yeah!
On The flip side, I used to play "the zoo" by the scorpions and slowly ease out the clutch on my Gto trolling the dark streets of downtown Sioux Falls looking for any one foolish enough to try and pass me. Slow can be cool too!
I'll just go with the songs on the CD I play while driving the Roadrunner:
AC/DC: Highway to Hell, Back in Black, Hells Bells, Shoot to Thrill
White Zombie: More Human Than Human
Lynyrd Skynyrd: Freebird, Gimme Three Steps, Call Me The Breeze
Steppenwolf: Magic Carpet Ride
Peter Frampton: Do You Feel?
Metallica: Enter Sandman
Led Zeppelin: Ocean, Stairway to Heaven, Kashmir
Pick any of them... they're all good for an extra 2000-3000 RPM.
Lots of good tunes mentioned! I bought my 66 Belvedere over 25 years ago and it had the radio delete plate in it and still does. The sound of the motor makes me want to drive it fast!
