Spark plugs ?

Hey, I have 440 EZ-1 Maxx Wedge Intake 275cc Heads
CNC Max intake and bowl port. Fully ported heads.. and i was wandering what kind of spark plug to run.. its a 493 stroker.. indy head 650HP.. just want a good hot burning plug.. no nitrious will be sprayed on this motor.. Champion ? AC DELCO ?. any suggestions would.. i want the best..

I like Nippondenso because of the U groove - lots of sharp corners to initiate a spark. A little known fact is ND makes Accel plugs.

Autolites and Bosch platinums were good to me as well.
 
I like the NGK V-Power -9, part number R5671a-9, no nitrous. They say for a 11.5 to 12.5 comp. ratio. I use the dash 10 (-10) with nitrous. Good luck.

Buy them at advance auto for half the price of sumit or jegs.
They have a cut back electrode.
It's a old racers trick and it's already done for you.:grin:

Looks like NKG G=power will find a home in my wife's car soon.
 
Also, I would think the plugs would give different results in different motors.
 
I have always used Champions in my Mopars from slant 6's to 440's and have had no troubles ever.
