Looks like its running a little hot, timing set ok! engine over heating some..
how long has it been in? the white ceramic you see should be a dark brown all the way around. .02Can someone tell me if it's normal wear, too lean, too rich, too hot, too cold, something else?

what kind of fuel are you running ? those are extended tip plugs also, they will tend to look darker towards the tips, it should still have a uniform tan color all over, are you running Gasahol or E-85 or some sort of octane boosters or something ? what kind of ignition & ignition timing are you running ? is there signs of water in the fuel ?
Well you can assume that it's not running rich.... But a picture is hard tell by.
How does the wire look close up? does it have any distortion like it's been melted or pitted up?
I think 70rr could have a point with the additive comment too... Does that redish brown stuff wipe off, or has it been made that way because of heat or lean conditions?
Typicaly you want to see a honey color, and uniform. If I were to guess, I'de say it's a touch on the lean side. But then again, I see plenty of carbon down in the shell, or at least I think that's what I'm seeing..... Hard to say from a picture.
