Speedo calibration

What is the big secret to speedo calibration? I have a '67 Plymouth Belvedere 2. I want to convert from 120 mph to 150 mph. I have the overlay for the speedo. I read that it has to do with remagnetizing the speedo. Does anybody know any service that does this?
