Appreciate any help. 1970 Super Bee 383 auto. Low Miles. New gas tank--New Carburetor-new filter-new Distributor & Coil--- Car starts up good. Runs good for about 30 minutes and then starts to break up. Ran it on the highway for 20 minutes between 50 and 70 mph and it performed and sounded real good.Timing and idle reads good. It gets to a point that it starts breaking up and stalls when you stop. It does starts right up but when you hit the gas pedal it stalls out. Need to play with the pedal to keep the engine going. Thanks for any input.

Vapor lock?

It's a new Holley carb. Fuel pump might be my next step No sight plugs

I had a brand new carb and the accelerator pump was bad causing the same problem. Just a thought

I had a car 69 R/T that had a very similar issue. It was Dirt in the fuel lines brought up from the old tank.
