Steering Suspension Difference from 72 VS 74

Hey I have a 74 Road Runner and Looking at new steering suspension components for, tubular control arms and such, but i am finding parts only up to 72, how big of a difference is the 72 VS 74. Any info is appreciated

Huge difference starting in 73 with the Isolated suspensions

I only know of one company doing the tubular K for 73 and up Bbods
