Hey guy's I need a stock or close to it torque converter for my 66 Satellite. This is a 727 big block trans that I am trying to put back together for street use. Anyone close to Va, that would have a extra one that they want to let go of ? I prefer used and not too expensive. Thanks, Joe. P/M Me here or call 757-833-6023.

I have the factory one out of my 68 Roadrunner. It works good. Make me an offer. PM me.

I had two of them.Took them to the dumps for recycle..
Petty Blue 67 gTX

Have you checked on prices for a new converter? Stock or 'close to stock' are pretty cheap....or they used to be. Call a local transmission shop and see what they say. I'd be a bit leary about using an old used converter that's been through who knows what....but that being said, I have a what looks to be a factory high stall but it's been sitting around so long that I have no idea what it's out of but it's had a cap on it. 40 bucks + shipping....which will probably be another 30-40 to your location.

I have one that only has 75,493 miles on it and it's perfectly good just pulled it out 2 weeks ago, i will take $50.00 for it plus shipping.

Ive got 2, i dont want to promise you one of em is good and it isnt but one came out of my car and i didnt have issues (did have a slight tick coming from the tranny but i believe it was a pump, cant see how it could have been the converter) the other i have no clue of...but id guess its fine.

Im in Brooklyn NY..if you want one of em ill give it to you for shipping.

I'll give you stock converter with a free 727 BB transmission for $125 if you want to drive down to NC to pick it up. It's a non lock up pre 67' unit. Is your shaft a 19 spline or 24 spline?

This is the issue you have to be clear with on everyone offering you a TC. Change over year was 1967. So watch the input shaft size ie TC internal mating splines.

I save good ones, but Im over here on left coast.

If it original to that 66' it's likely the non lock up 19 spline. If so I have what he needs.
