Strange crack when attempting start, then losing all power (Video)

It’s not a draw or a short to ground, if it was he would have smoked something and the clock would run the entire time, until the fuse link burns up. None of that has happened

The clock quits because the power is disconnected, It’s an open circuit. Start looking for the bad connections
