I have these strange circular ring marks on everyone of my 440 cylinders. They are all in exactly the same place on every cylinder. The is a 71 casting for a 72 model year engine sitting in my 70 charger. Any ideas what these are caused from?

Hard to tell without some more disassembly. To suggest what to look for, endgap of rings too tight, carbon buildup hanging rings in the piston lands, poor hone job on last rebuild.

The ridge looks minimal. Some ring wear in the cylinder where the ring stops and
the piston changes direction is normal. That looks like the oil rails rocking,I'd want to check the ring side clearances.
