Restrict the bypass opening to 1/8in. There are a couple lengthy threads on the subject on moparts.

Moparts search function sucks. I use google with moparts.com in the search.

I used a 19x32 radiator from Dillon Radiators . get it to fit I clipped the edge of the frame rails and mig welded them back up . I opened up both sides so the entire face of the radiator is exposed . The radiator has two 1 inch tubes and came with dual spal fans and a full shroud . Have not had a chance to see if this will work but bigger has to be better . P.S. My car is AFX 65 and had to use a chev

y style due to lower hose hitting the steering box .

I've used champion several times, never in a mopar, worked perfectly. Bought their shroud/twin fan set up. Perfect.

I use an Afco in my 63 I bought from Mancini for about $249 I believe. Been in my car since 2010. See if this pic works when its clicked on. Ron
