I have a couple of afbs that have stripped threads where the fitting for the fuel line goes.
The fittings that I have seem short to me, there is only a couple of threads that would have engaged in the body of the carburetor.
Does anybody know of a fitting that has a longer threaded part?

You may have some success with a proper epoxy?

They are a goofey thread pitch to boot. 5/8"x 20, not the standard UNF 5/8"x 18.

There is a thread repair fitting out there or you could buy the fitting that has logger threads I had to do that on the Carburetor once.
