Alrighty then. Most people probably wouldn’t bother with what I’m doing, but these damn hoods are harder to find than the air grabbers. Since you can make those with after market parts. Anyway, this is where patience is mandatory! Something I am not the best at. Some careful trimming and fitting. This where it sits.

Great lookin! Love all these Mopars! Wish I had two of every two door out there. Even a few four doors wouldn't hurt one bit. The fun begins! But I know from experience so does the cursing. But it will be worth it in the end. I'm still sort of in the cursing mode. Only because I'm dragging my arse.
Still have my Wild Rose plates from when I worked out there. God's country for sure. The true Canada!
Your shop Looks great! A few more pics would work for me. Please. Hoist? Single bay??
Looking forward to following your tear down and seeing what you find out about Stubble's past.

Yes but you can’t get your own fresh lobster, mussels scallops or oysters out of the waters in the prairies.

Glad they arrived safely George. Did you notice they were packed with Tim Hortons trays? It seemed like the Canadian thing to do. :canada:

Man dear man! You hit the nail right on the head. Typical islander right here. Fished lobster, mackerel, heron, crab and cod (when we use to be allowed to. Harvested mussels, clams, bar clams and oysters for years also. Never had a crack at the scallops. Fishing them that is. And in the fall you wouldn't believe what I would be up to... driving potato trucks in the fields and loading potato boats in the winter.

George, love the looks of those long hoods with a set of pins on them! I had a set on 74 Charger for a while. Good man Dave!

These hoods are hard to find. I lucked-out several years ago and found a nice one to replace my original. The original on mine was pretty solid but a PO decided to cut a hole in it for a scoop and then another PO decided to "fix" the hole with some of the worst welding, if you can call it that, that I've ever seen. Plus, the support structure was hacked up when the hole was cut. Your project is coming along nicely!
