Stumped on a radiator -- help!

Trying to ID a radiator and can't find any info. There are two lines of numbers stamped on the top -- the first line is 2830 664 and the second is 38086. I think the second line is a vendor code. Can anyone tell me what this is? Maybe a truck rad?

I have no idea, to many #'s to try to keep track of all the little things, maybe try @ www.mymopar.com/index.php?pid=99 , or try Google Mopar Parts Reference Books or Cross-reference possibly, I don't know all the parts & what the #'s are, I always need to check for reference too,

click on description button, Put in Radiator in the description, there are a bunch listed I didn't see any with your #'s

Stumped

Yeah I found several long lists of Mopar radiator numbers through Google, but this rad isn't listed on any of them. Strange... Also no results just Googling the number itself. Maybe it's a one-off...
