Suggestions on Torque Converter?

I forgot to mention that frank Lupo is in Newark Delaware and charged me 565.00 for a 9.5 inch converter with anti baloon plate. This man is also a well known racer in the Mopar community.

Probably just the difference between slow traffic RPM VS constant high RPM with a % of converter slippage... In other words,,, fewer revolutions in town,, more revolutions on the highway... % of slip creates heat...

I kinda figured the temps would be higher in traffic lugging around in 3rd with less airflow to the cooler :icon_scratch:
